Jeff Fitzgerald, Director
Jeff Fitzgerald is a senior IT professional with more than 30 years of experience in varied technology roles, in Canada, Bermuda, and the United States. He has industry experience in telecommunications, insurance, government, retail, and manufacturing. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (cum laude) from Saint Mary’s University. His broad IT background, business education, and personal style, have enabled him to create effective solutions by combining an understanding of technical possibilities and business needs.
Jacqueline Fitzgerald, CA, Director
Jacqueline Fitzgerald is a Chartered Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in a variety of financial roles. After several years in the audit field in Halifax, Jacqueline transitioned into a consulting role in a Big Five firm’s Bermuda office. After a successful tenure at that firm, she joined the management team of one of Bermuda’s largest reinsurance companies. Her role as Finance Manager and then Corporate Controller of that $4 Billion SEC-filing company gave Jacqueline broad financial management experience to add to her existing audit and accounting systems expertise. Since co-founding Conversant Solutions Inc. in 2006, Jacqueline has provided financial management services to organizations in the Halifax market.
